Bridgette Stubblefield is Co-Pastor and Founder of The Difference Maker’s Fellowship. She is also a partner in Totally Unique Beauty Salon, where she uses not only her hands to help bring out a woman’s physical beauty, but to touch the beauty within a woman’s spirit as well.
Bridgette leads the Powder Room Women’s Ministry at DMF. Through prayerful teaching, and a spirit of peace, she encourages women from all walks of life to embrace the process within her established purpose. She believes that the best way to lead by example is to follow the leadership of Christ Jesus. She believes that church is not about membership, but true authentic fellowship with Him. She truly puts God first in all that she does, as He is THE Difference Maker.

Mirella Tello is a Woman called by God. She, and her husband, Frank Tello Jr., are the founders and full-time pastors of Living Word of Faith Church.
Mirella has been preaching and bringing forth God’s Word for over 10 years. She is obedient to her call to minister wherever God sends her, and does not allow denominations to have any bearing on her mandate or anointing. She cherishes her call to bring forth the uncompromising Word of God, and uses her gift to bless many for His glory!
Mirella is the proud mother of one beautiful daughter, Ashley, and the proud grandmother of 2 beautiful grand children. Her hobbies include spending quality time with her family, running, reading, and above all, fulfilling the will of God for her life!

Tomi Lang Calmes and her husband, Michael, make their home in Lubbock, Texas. They have three children, who are all happily married—and their first grandchild is on the way! She enjoys family, reading, writing, and speaking at women’s events. She loves to connect with new people—in any setting—and have the opportunity to hear someone’s story over a cup of coffee.
Tomi has always used her God given gifts to make a difference in the Kingdom. She learned from her parents how to invest in the mission field, and has since given her heart to being a Kingdom Agent of the Great Commission!
Being a forever changed, cancer-survivor, Tomi loves to be still, reflect on life, and invest and maintain relationships with people. It is her hearts desire to tell the world about Jesus. She will forever run her race—and run it well, in His Holy name!

Angela Randolph is a doctoral candidate in the Management Ph.D. program at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Her research interests focus on entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. In particular, she is interested in how cognition, emotions, and motivation influence entrepreneurial opportunity identification, evaluation, and pursuit. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
Prior to entering the Ph.D. Program at Texas Tech University, she enjoyed a diverse career working for private and public companies. Some of her previous professional experience includes consulting organizations in treasury management practices, evaluating potential business acquisitions, process improvement and management in a manufacturing and retail settings, new venture start-ups, and consulting entrepreneurial social and commercial ventures in development and growth strategies.

Charise Adams is from Lubbock Texas where she not only creatively bends and shapes metal, but the lives of the children within her home. The owner and founder of Edible Metal, Charise has a large collection of her work on permanent display at Texas Tech University, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is also a parent who believes strongly in homeschooling.
Charise has been working with metal for over 22 years, and homeschooling for about the last 5. She gives no credit for the inspiration behind her work to herself, but gives it all to the God.

Daughter, Sister, Mother, Wife, and Servant, Dr. Stacy P. Caviel-Watson was born and raised as one of six children of Billie and Alfred Caviel in Lubbock, Texas. In 1996, she married William H. Watson III. From their union, they have had two wonderful children, Taylor and Cullen Watson.
She matriculated through Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bacherlor’s of Science in Genetics. Later, she attended Texas Tech University and obtained her Master’s in Education. In May of 2012, she received her Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University with an emphasis in Supervision and Curriculum and Instruction, with a research focus in College Readiness.
Dr. Watson has been an employee of Lubbock ISD for 19 years. Currently, she is the College and Career Specialist for the district.
