Bridgette Stubblefield is Co-Pastor and Founder of The Difference Maker’s Fellowship. She is also a partner in Totally Unique Beauty Salon, where she uses not only her hands to help bring out a woman’s physical beauty, but to touch the beauty within a woman’s spirit as well.
Bridgette leads the Powder Room Women’s Ministry at DMF. Through prayerful teaching, and a spirit of peace, she encourages women from all walks of life to embrace the process within her established purpose. She believes that the best way to lead by example is to follow the leadership of Christ Jesus. She believes that church is not about membership, but true authentic fellowship with Him. She truly puts God first in all that she does, as He is THE Difference Maker.

Holly Betenbough has served for seven years as ministry director for Betenbough Homes, volunteering for the Betenbough Charitable Foundation for six years previously.

Pursuing her love of enriching others’ lives, she devotes her time to the Family Coaching, Spirit Ranch and United Way boards of directors and the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Community Prayer Luncheon Planning Committee. An alumna of Texas Tech University, Holly holds a bachelor of science in child development and family studies. She and her husband, Rick, are proud parents of James and Shannon.

Carolina Guzman is the General Manager for the Christian radio station, KJAK, 92.7, FM. Carol has a passion for God’s Word, and uses her spiritual gift on the air waves, to reach the lost, with a vision of sharing His message worldwide. Carolina and her husband, Tony, host the program M.U.S.T. ( Moms United Standing Together), on KJAK.
As well as serving locally as youth pastor for World Harvest Church in Lubbock, Texas, under the leadership of Pastor Dale Maness, Carolina is an international missionary, with her areas of interest being Mexico and Guatemala.
Her and Tony, have 12 Children (1 biological, 1 adopted, 4 step-children and 6 with the Lord).

Wendy Tolson Ross is a Professor of Law at Texas Tech University. She received her B.A. degree from Texas Tech University in 1988 and her J.D. from University of Missouri-Columbia, in 1991. Professor Ross teaches Civil Practice Clinic, Negotiations Workshop, and Race and Racism. She also assists with the bar preparation in the Academic Support Program.
Before joining the faculty at Texas Tech University, Professor Ross was an Instructor of Clinical Law at St. Mary’s University for six years, and Acting Associate Director for Academic Excellence for two years. Prior to entering legal education, she worked at West Texas Legal Services for almost eight years.
Dr. Ross also teaches courses about marital property, negotiations, and race and racism.

Dora Garcia is Lead Financial Advisor and an Adjunct Instructor at Wayland Baptist University. She is a single parent of two very unique and entertaining teenage boys. She is a member of Rios de Agua Viva Baptist Church.
Dora has been gifted with a passion for inspiring and encouraging all people, but specializes on her heart’s focus: empowering women. Her strength is to help the woman of today realize that, “God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called,” so that she might establish and seize her inner beauty, while on the amazing journey of life.

Ruby Vidaurre is in her 17th year with Lubbock Independent School District as a school social worker assigned to the Estacado Feeder Pattern Area. She works diligently with students families, and school personnel, to provide assistance with social and educational service needs, in order to foster improvement in the academic and social-emotional functioning of students, so that each identified student receives the best possible educational experience.
Born and raised in Lubbock, Ruby graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Lubbock Christian University and a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Ruby enjoys reading and spending time with family. She has been married to her husband, Andrew, for 28 years. They have 3 daughters – Amber, Stephanie and Abigail.

Phyllis Gant, a graduate of Estacado High School. and a 1987 graduate of North Texas State University, is an intelligent business woman and phenomenal community leader. She has a heart-felt passion for inspiring and empowering, all people, to move beyond the pitfalls and roadblocks encountered on the journey of life, and tap into their self-potential and unlock their inner greatness.
Having more than 30 years experience in the area of Accounting and Financial Counseling, Phyllis’s passion is helping individuals achieve life changing goals to affect the overall lives of their families and their communities. She stands on the truth that, “anybody can become a nobody, if they don’t treat themselves like they are somebody!”
